Offset bunk bed with stairs and a play area under the top bunk is a beautiful, unprecedented and endlessly interesting project that we developed together with our clients, suggesting the best and safest solutions!
The customer wanted this cot without a canopy and without chests or 1 large chest, but with an inclined ladder for easier climbing.
This model has the option to change the boarding position, also the upper berth can be positioned more to the left and the lower berth to the right, unlike this option.
Other variations are possible, e.g. if a 3rd bunk is needed, we can put it instead of the playground by moving the ladder to the left, etc. There are plenty of opportunities, so it’s always important not to be shy and ask!
Other possible types of slats are thin or thick canted slats, and horizontal slats. All types of slats have rounded edges to ensure that the structure is safe for children and that kids do not get injured when bumping into sharp edges. We believe that safety and quality come first in every piece of furniture.
This unique piece of furniture is made from branchless glued pine, which is made especially for ZiPa furniture. Also durable veneers of the highest quality. Finishing is carried out with safe and certified water-based paints that meet the requirements of European standards.
We can make the size of the offset bunk bed to fit your mattress and your needs! The most requested sizes are 70*140, 80*160, 90*180, 90*200 cm. Mattresses in these sizes are usually available from mattress manufacturers or can be ordered.

The clients wanted this beautiful project in a natural wood colour, so we treated it with a water-based varnish. If you choose a painted cot, there are different shades available! We work with the colours available in the RAL catalogue, but it is also possible to paint the furniture according to the customer’s required colour code in another catalogue.
