Retractable bunk bed with huge chest – in RAL 6019, RAL 7038 and white. Cot beds in different versions are the most popular type of cot for the year, and pull-out bunk beds with a large chest underneath are very popular in small nurseries. To save space, the bottom bunk can be pulled out for sleeping only, or placed separately. The lower bed is self-contained and not connected to the upper bed frame.
The customer wanted this cot without a chimney, without a grille at the boarding point 2. on the ground floor, with a landing and a street lower chest. For the cot, we chose canted – thin slats.
The location of the entrance, the type (with or without door beams), the presence and position of the chimney and the type of slats can be changed.
Other possible types of slats – Vertical: round or canted-thick, and horizontal. All types of slats have rounded edges to ensure that the structure is safe for children and that kids do not get injured when bumping into sharp edges. We believe that safety and quality come first in every piece of furniture.
The pull-out bunk beds are made from branchless glued pine, which is made especially for ZiPa furniture. The other material we use is the highest quality birch veneer. Finishing is carried out with safe and certified water-based paints that meet the requirements of European standards.
We can make the size of the bed to fit your mattress and your needs! The most requested sizes are 70*140, 80*160, 90*180, 90*200 cm. Mattresses in these sizes are usually available from mattress manufacturers or can be ordered.
Please note that for this retractable bunk bed with huge chest, the top bunk will always be 10 cm longer than the bottom bunk, e.g. if the top bunk is 180×90 cm, the bottom bunk will be 170×90 cm.
