Who do we recommend corner beds for?

Corner beds are the safest type of double bed because both sleeping positions are close to the ground and no baby sleeps upstairs. This type of baby bed is the best choice for a family with two small babies living in the same room, who have just learnt to walk and are not yet confident enough to sleep in a bunk bed!

The L-shaped bed – house in grey and white was made with a sleeping area of 160×80 cm. Bed slats are canted, thick. Right-hand bed as a sofa, without front railing.

The corner bed for children is equipped with two full-size chests under the right side of the bed.

The chests can be used creatively – as a place to play, so you don’t have to organise your belongings. The cot has 2 beautiful and spacious, as well as very decorative bookshelves or toy shelves. The use of the shelves depends on the preferences of the little sleepers.

How is L-shaped bed – house in grey and white made?

The ends of the chest are fitted with a stoppage under the bed so that it cannot be pushed in any further than it is designed to go. The window of the L-shaped bed is made from one large piece of birch veneer, with decorative mouldings in a contrasting colour on top.

The L-shaped bed – house in grey and white and the bookshelves are made of glued branchless pine, which has been glued especially for our needs. The drawer, window and slats under the mattress are made of birch plywood.

The kids bed is painted with child-safe water-based paints that are certified and meet European standards.

There are four types of bed slats.

First: canted-thick, i.e. the same thickness as the structural beams, as seen on this particular cot.

Other possible types of slats: horizontal slats, round slats and rectangular-thin slats, i.e. half as thick as the supporting beams of the structure.

The bed can be painted in different colour, also in multiple shades.

All beds, but especially this one, look fantastic with different decorations such as lights, flags and other accessories.

In this layout, we recommend sleeping dimensions up to 160/180 cm long, but by adding an extra support option, we can make the same bed with larger sleeping dimensions.

There are different colour shades available, we work with RAL catalogue. It is also possible to paint the furniture according to the customer’s colour code in another catalogue.
