Designer two-story bed set—what is it?

This nursery set, along with other pieces of furniture, was a custom order from a designer that we developed according to the sketches and specifications prepared by the interior designer. Several parties were involved in the process of creating and later assembling the furniture: the client, the designer, our craftsman, and several assistants hired by the designer, and together they accomplished this beautiful, large-scale, and highly demanding task—creating a wonderful children’s room set that aligns with the apartment’s overall style, the clients’ wishes, and the designer’s vision.

Small but very important details

Oak veneer for a small sports center. Hand-braided exercise ropes. Metal parts treated with carefully selected and coordinated colors. Drawers on durable, sturdy soft-close slides.
The client also wanted soft padding on the back of the bed on both levels, but chose to have it made elsewhere, taking measurements after our design is already complete, so we hope to show you this version later.

A little bit about the technical side!

This designer two-story bed set ismade of glued, knot-free pine, which was specially manufactured to meet our needs. We also used premium-grade birch and pine veneers, custom-made metal parts, and oak veneer.

The crib and its components are painted in girly, neutral, yet beautiful shades using child-safe, water-based paints that are certified and comply with European standards.

There are different colour shades available, we work with RAL catalogue, but it is also possible to paint the furniture according to the customer’s colour code in another catalogue.
