A house bed with a modern canopy!
The grey house bed with modern canopy and extra-small spacing between side slats. This was our first cot with a modern canopy. The customer wanted it with fewer horizontal beams, so we didn’t put the current horizontal beam on the back for this type of roof. You can see this on many other house beds with modern canopies.
The height of the bed’s legs for this bed is 25 cm.
The house bed is equipped with vertical, canted thin slats. Entrance into bed is in the middle.
As we make children’s beds individually for each customer, the entrance location, the type of slats, the location of the chimney and the colouring can be changed and made differently.
Other possible types of slats are vertical: circular, canted-thick, equal with the structure, or horizontal. It is also possible to make a bed with a not-so-small space between the slats.
All types of slats have rounded edges to ensure that the structure is safe for children and that kids do not get injured when bumping into sharp edges. We believe that safety and quality come first in every piece of furniture.
What materials do we use to make zipa.lv children’s beds?
The house bed is made of branchless glued pine, which is specially made for ZiPa furniture. The slats under the mattress and the drawers are made of birch plywood.
Finishing is done with certified water-based paints that meet the requirements of European standards.
We can make the size of the bed to fit your mattress and your needs! The most requested sizes are 70*140, 80*160, 90*180, 90*200 cm. Mattresses in these sizes are usually available from mattress manufacturers or can be ordered.
